1. Umrah Visa Information & Requirements

Before you begin your application, please ensure that you have the following for each traveler:

• Valid passport.
• Personal and contact information.
• Passport-size photograph (maximum 150 KB).

Please ensure that all information entered exactly matches the passport. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, requests for additional documents or rejection of the visa application.

2. Refund Policy

Once your booking has been confirmed, cancellation charges will apply in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. Visa fees and any government charges are non-refundable once the visa application has been submitted or processing has commenced.

3. Umrah Visa Service

By selecting the Umrah Visa Service, we will facilitate the submission of your Umrah visa application after your Umrah package has been booked.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information and supporting documents are accurate, complete and identical to your passport details.

4. Important Requirements

• Your itinerary must include a direct flight to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Your booking must include accommodation in Makkah.
• Visa approval remains solely at the discretion of the competent Saudi authorities.

5. Special Cases

If your application status indicates "Fingerprint Required", complete biometric enrollment through the approved channels.
If your application status indicates "Consular Visit Required", visit the Saudi Embassy or Consulate selected during your application with your passport and any requested documents.
Failure to complete these requirements may delay or prevent visa issuance.

6. Package Cancellation

The flight, hotel and visa form a single travel package and cannot be cancelled independently. Any cancellation request will apply to the entire booking and will be processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

7. Visa Validity

Once the Umrah visa has been issued, the traveler must enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the validity period specified by the competent authorities, which is currently 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise announced.
